We offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the needs of both pets and pet owners in our community.
We help them by providing programs, information and resources to assist in their journey. We also help by raising awareness through public outreach and media.
Our main focus is on finding forever homes for those homeless pets that come into our rescue.
Our current Spay Neuter Programs include our No Cost - Low Income Spay Neuter Program funded by Petco Foundation, Canine Spay Neuter Progam in partnership with a community S/N transport and our Cat Clinic Program in partnership with Carolina Animal Hospital.
We do everything we can to encourage families to keep pets in their homes. Sometimes, this is not possible. We accept pet surrenders on a case-by-case basis dependent upon the situation and availability of space with in the rescue.
When pets are found in the community, we assist by scanning for microchips and checking rabies registrations. When space allows, we hold strays for the required 5 days prior to providing any treatment (unless it's a medical emergency) or processing the pet for potential adoption.
